Section 605.09:
(a) Children shall not be upon streets, sidewalks, in a park or any public place between the following
restricted hours, unless the child is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or a responsible adult selected by the parent
or legal guardian to supervise the child

Penalty: Any parent or guardian
who violates this section is guilty of permitting a curfew violation which is a minor misdemeanor.
